Any purchase you make at www.infinitydubai.eu will have free shipping, only in the Peninsula.
The delivery time will be 10 business days , provided that the order is made before 12:00 pm, if it cannot be delayed another 24 hours, (For some personalized jewelry it is better to consult, although the term will be less than 15 days)

The delivery time will be 15 business days maximum (For personalized jewelry consult, but it will not be more than 20 days).

OUTSIDE EUROPE
The delivery time will be 15 working days
maximum, subject to the import policy of each country (For personalized jewelry consult, but it will not be more than 20 days)
Shipping costs will be € 100.
Customs costs or local taxes will be paid by the customer, if applicable.

RETURN POLICY

 

If for any reason, the user is not satisfied with the order, has received another product in error, or has some kind of defect, they can return it within 3 days of the delivery date.

There are several conditions that the product must meet in order to return it:
• It must not be used.
• It must not have suffered any type of damage.
• The packaging must be the same box where we sent it to you.
• Personalized products do not admit a return except for manufacturing errors.

If you want to make a change or return, write to us an email to the following address: info@infinitydubai.eu We will contact you and will indicate the steps to follow. We will send you a courier to pick up the package. Once we receive it and check its content, we will proceed to send you the new product or we will refund the purchase amount in the same way that payment was made and within 7 working days from receipt.

We do not accept returns of engraved or personalized products, except for manufacturing defects or prior agreement.

In case of that the jewel is not received in its original packaging, we reserve the right to discount the amount of those items that are missing: Shipping box: € 50.

From the total return amount, as long as it is not due to a defect in the piece, the shipping costs that we have incurred to send and collect the order will be deducted.
