If for any reason, the user is not satisfied with the order, has received another product in error, or has some kind of defect, they can return it within 3 days of the delivery date.<\/p>\n

There are several conditions that the product must meet in order to return it:

\n\u2022 The packaging must be the same box where we sent it to you.
\n\u2022 Personalized products do not admit a return except for manufacturing errors.<\/p>\n

We will send you a courier to pick up the package. Once we receive it and check its content, we will proceed to send you the new product or we will refund the purchase amount in the same way that payment was made and within 7 working days from receipt.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We do not accept returns of engraved or personalized products, except for manufacturing defects or prior agreement.<\/p>\n
